Seeking virtual recruiter to schedule interviews for high paying sales position. Must sound professional over the phone, have experience with recruiting and scheduling interviews, be friendly and have excellent customer service skills, have a strong work ethic. Will be responsible for calling licensed agents, scheduling interviews with agents, sending company information to prospective agent for their own research purposes, sending scheduled interview confirmation to prospective agent, and must stay in communication with manager on a daily basis. Must also be flexible as far as systems for scheduling interviews. These systems may change, as needed, to increase the success of the interview scheduling process.
