Working in a call center industry has helped me to gain knowledge and skills in dealing people. I have been in the customer service industry for the past 9 years. It vastly improved my analytical skills and has allowed me to be a well verse in doing administrative tasks. I am very effective in communicating via email correspondence. I have knowledge in photo editing, and greatly capable to create ad campaign. My research skills is above and beyond as I acted as a fraud analyst and researcher of my team.
