Hi, My name is Brittany, 24, From the Philippines. I was a Technical Support/Customer Service Representative for 3 years. being that said, I have adapted to the culture where everything is fast-paced and still was able to provide great and quality results. As I am a fast learner, I was able to work with the team under no minimal supervision. I also worked as an Event Handler Support for 6 months. What I do is I make outbound calls to book client's appointments for coaches for potential sales and during webinars, I support and help clients if they have questions in the chatbox or if they have technical issues I help them resolve them. With these experience, I was able to gain skills on how to multi-task, handle any objections of clients that don't want to book an appointment, to think outside of the box for resolutions during the live webinar
