I'm a well-rounded remote worker with more than 8 years of experience in Customer Service, ranging from building and construction to Internet/Internet Service Providers. Previously, I have worked as an office administrator for Ngao Roofing Limited and, as a customer support and operations assistant for Wananchi Group and Surf Internet Limited.
Also, I have strong skills in data management, analysis, and presentation, as well as in customer service, negotiation, and project management through Asana and MS project management. With my expertise in troubleshooting and ticketing tools, CRM tools, email programs, Microsoft Office, and Google Suite, I can assist with a wide range of issues.
Additionally, I have experience in content creation, social media management with Hootsuite, Sprout Social, and scheduling posts using Agorapulse.
