Customer Service- I have experience in customer service from inbound queries to
answering billing disputes, order cancellations, product complaints, product inquiries, and refund requests, and providing credits to save the acct that is about to be canceled.

Data Entry and Data Analysis- I would love to help you organize your data. My ability to multi-task, be accurate, and have my attention to detail. We can use google docs, google spreadsheet to make the data more organized, and for easy access, we can use One Drive or Dropbox (my typing speed is 43wpm, 93% accuracy)

Lead Generation- Can set up appointments and find potential clients from the business of my clients and employers. I am using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Hubspot, Zapier, Mobile Monkey, and HootSuite, to find email addresses, Direct, and business contacts we can also use Facebook and Instagram to find leads or for clients to boost sales.

Cold Caller/ Appointment Setter- I schedule consultations between sales staff and
prospective clients, ensuring that important meetings are booked for the sales team. I am setting up or converting prospective clients into leads or sales.

Executive Assistant/ VA- I work directly with clients to learn their goals and establish how the company can meet them. I find leads for my clients. I close sales for my clients. I support existing clients. I fixed their schedules, meetings, travels, and appointments. I create purchased offers for their customers (in Real Estate for buyers, sellers, and lenders) and communicate their product/ service value to clients.

Transaction Coordinator- as TC, I coordinate a move-out schedule and other plans for managing a renter or client. The work comes when someone is leaving your property. The coordinator will also check on contracts and ensure no inconsistencies or other things might influence a decision. In Real Estate, I help out with the documents, disclosures, and offers to make sure that all submitted papers are updated and completed, and signed. For lenders, buyers, and sellers.

Product Research/ Product Lister- I am doing Amazon Product Research for Amazon Seller Central. I use Cerebro, Hubspot, Zapier, Salesforce CRM, Quickbooks, Jungle Scout Estimator, and DS Amazon Quick View. I also update product descriptions and details, like the features, attributes, images, subtitles/ titles, and pricing.

Autocad Designer/ Operator- I design/ draw the technical drawings needed in
construction, documentation, and encoding based on instructed inputs given to me by the client and general contractors. I also conduct surveys and collect all data needed for the estimation of materials and labor.
