About
I am a second-year college student majoring in AB Psychology, therefore I have a thorough understanding of how to communicate with others. Last September 2020, I began working for a BPO company, and this September 2021 will mark my one year as a BPO employee. I was transferred as an email agent last June 2021, I have experience taking calls and sending emails to customers, but now I am back to taking calls. I am focusing on my studies and work, and I have been able to maintain a good balance. I have interacted with people of all ages, including some who are not my age. I have already had experience taking calls and responding to emails for a variety of customers on a daily basis. It is nothing unusual for me to be faced with a range of customer attitudes.
