I have 10 years of experience in the BPO industry. I started as a Customer Service Representative, then eventually after learning new things in the industry I decided to switch to the tech side of the BPO which is under the Service Desk Representative.
I am reliable and enthusiastic. I possess good English skills both written and verbal. Customer experience is one of my best assets, this is due to my BPO experience which our priority is to provide not just a solution but as well a smile to customers and a reputation to the business.
As years go by with the tech side of the BPO industry, I got promoted to my dream role, a Quality Assurance Representative, my responsibility is to ensure my team member is aligned on the business process and to ensure we provide an excellent customer experience to our customer. I performed call evaluation and providing feedback through one on one coaching to a member, this is to motivate them not to blame, with the opportunity they experienced. Aside from physical communication with a team member, as a Quality Assurance, I also have a great experience doing an analysis reporting to our stakeholders. MS Office and GSuite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, and Forms) are the main tools when creating a report.
I am very eager to learn and improve so after I learned how to deal with team members and stakeholders, I decided to step up to the different role as a Team leader, it has the same responsibility most of the time but the only difference is a team member everyday interaction by motivating and letting them know your goal on how to succeed. As a Team leader, it helps me a lot when it comes to people management, time management, and patience but at the same time, it also brings surprises and happiness for those members you help to reach their dream job or role.
