I have several years of experience in call center worls, sales, I worked at a call center for a year and started as a phone agent and worked my way to being a QA, (Quality assuran) basically making sure everything went as planned and everyone was doing there work right. After this I worked at a law firm for 2 years, was a supervisor here we had phone agents so this means w took care of sales and as well as the legal aspects, taking care od clients and there cases, I for one was a sales supervisor as well as a case manager, wiuld draft different types od documents as well as doing consultatiosns for clients, this also implied on making calls with judges, police officers and important people in the industry as one could say.
