I've worked as a Customer service representative for eight years, and I also have a background in sales. I worked for different Telecommunications companies such as AT&T, T-Mobile and Sprint. I worked my way up through the company to become a Quality Analyst. I was responsible for call monitoring and provided actionable insights.
