Hi, I worked in a BPO industry for a year and 3 months. The first company i worked with was Iqor in Clark, Pampanga and the account i handled was HABAND. Its an order entry account like Amazon more likely Avon in the Philippines and my position was Customer Service Representative. The second company I worked with was in Eastwood,Quezon City and the company's name was Hinduja Global Solutions as Customer Service Representative for a healthcare account named Blue Shield of California. The last company i worked with was Concentrix Glorietta5 in Ayala, Makati City as Technical Support Representative and the account i handled was AT&T MSS wherein we do billing, troubleshooting, sales and customer service.
I believe I'm perfect for this job as an Appointment Setter it is because I can do the work and deliver exceptional results since i have experienced dealing with clients in the US. I know i will be a great addition to the team because i possess a combination of skills and experience.
