About
Over the last several years I have worked as a customer service executive and a business developer . my skills include managing CRM, lead generation, prospecting, and preparing reports. I have worked in a training company where I was marketing the Firm’s training courses in Facilities Management and other relevant training courses. This involved calling heads of departments and convincing them to attend training and if not, allow their team members to do so. The training had huge budgets and I believe I have the potential to get information. I have also worked as a customer service executive for Startimes Media, where I was handling calls from clients and troubleshooting the issues they faced. I really care about any project I am involved with as I would want to continually have a good rapport with my clients for future purposes and also to be fruitful as an individual. I am determined to give my best and be myself on the job, with the training I have had, I am sure I will work efficiently to give good results.
