Am very honest when dealing with people but am also sensitive towards individuals, I will not blurt out something simply because it is true and risk hurting someone, I will get an intelligent way of speaking the truth in such a case. Am very witty when it comes to solving problems, in that I know what I can solve and how to do it and what is beyond me ( And therefore need someone above me to handle). Am not ashamed to admit my mistakes and asking for forgiveness. Am a very pleasant person to deal with.Am looking for personal growth, because one can only grow within a company that is itself growing. I like a challenging environment which will sharpen the skills I already posses while helping me gain new skills. I believe holding all these factors constant, financial growth is inevitable.
